TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Guidelines and Templates (CANVA & PSD Templates) are available on our Order Forms.
Please do not fill out the forms unless you are 100% certain about placing an order.
You are required to provide your own design.
This service is strictly for PRINT & CUT orders only.
Payment is required upfront—PAYO (Pay as you Order)—full payment must be made before proceeding.
We do not offer manual cutting services.
NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted once payment is received and confirmed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting.
Production will only begin once payment has been settled and confirmed.
Ensure that your files are set to HIGH QUALITY (300 dpi) as the standard (acceptable formats: PNG, PSD, and Canva files).
If you are placing a bulk or rush order, kindly inform us in advance so we can confirm if we are able to accommodate your request.
Rush orders are accepted only for Lalamove/Grab deliveries (Metro Manila area).

Yes, that’s correct. While we are closed for production every Saturday, we still accommodate ship-outs for orders placed from Monday to Friday.
ORDERING PROCESS
Fill out the form for your chosen custom service. Read and follow the guidelines provided in each form.
Send your files via email, following the provided email message format. Be sure to include all important details needed for your order to avoid misunderstandings. If you are ordering more than one custom service, you may compile everything into one email, following the email message format for each custom service.
We will check your files to ensure they are ready for production. You will receive an email with an invoice quotation for your order. The invoice will include our payment details.
Please send your proof of payment via email only.
You will receive another email confirming that we have received your payment. This email will also include a CUSTOM MASTERLIST UPDATE, where you can track the progress of your order.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with photos of your order and a tracking number for J&T Direct or pickup details for Lalamove/Grab Pickup.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
Regular Order = maximum of 2-5 days production
Rush Order / SDD Order = 1 -2 days production next day pickup
Rush Order Fee = 50 pesosProduction may be completed earlier than the standard production time, depending on the quantity of orders and the order queue.Minimum Order

RECOMMENDATION & SUGGESTION:Your choice of sticker paper type depends on where it will be used. The following recommendations are based on observations of customer orders. However, you still have the option to choose the best and most suitable sticker paper type for your designs.1. For tumblers, laptops, and outdoor applications, we highly recommend the MATTE VINYL variation.
2. For simple package labels, you can choose RGL MATTE or RGL GLOSSY, with or without laminate.
3. For product/event freebies, you can choose the GPS variation.

General Questions1. My files are too large for email—what should I do?
No worries! You can upload them to Google Drive and share the link with us via email. Just don’t forget to include your order details and make sure your files are clearly labeled to avoid any mix-ups.2. I’m using a bank or e-wallet not listed in your payment options—is that okay?
That’s totally fine, as long as your bank or e-wallet supports transfers to any of our listed options (GCash, Maya, or SeaBank).3. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We don’t offer COD at the moment, since all our orders are custom-made and require full payment upfront.4. Can I change my delivery method?
Of course! Just get in touch with us as soon as you can—preferably before we book your pickup via J&T Direct.5. Do you offer discounts?
We keep our prices as affordable as possible from the start, so we don’t offer additional discounts at this time.
Stickers1. Can I include different designs on one A4 layout?Absolutely! You're welcome to include multiple designs on a single A4 sheet—just be sure to follow our A4 template guidelines to keep things smooth and easy on our end.2. For kisscut stickers, do I need to use your A4 template if I’m sending the 3 required files?No need! As long as you’re sending the 3 required files (sticker to be cut background, and final layout) and they follow our kisscut guidelines, you're good to go.3. Can I request printing and lamination only—no cutting?Yes, you can! Just a heads-up: the pricing will remain the same.
Card & Print1. Can I include different designs in one custom card or print order?Yes, you can! Just let us know the breakdown (how many of each design) when you send your order.2. I need a print/card size that’s not on your price list—can I still order?Yes, definitely. Just send us the details and we’ll quote you a price based on your custom size.
